In SF2NA, why I often can't be normal screenshot?(Screenshot usually are some blank JPG format picture)

Graphics card should be normal,the Iceland map often such.

SF2NA screenshots work fine for the rest of us - so its either an MS Windows problem (If you are using that) or your graphics card.
