What effects pack contains these two files? I've looked at most and can't seem to find them.

most of my packs do have them, try my "unified effects pack" or "Enhanced explosions" or "Hollywood effects" one, all in series 2 section

I have all of your effects packs Stary, yet I can't seem to find these two particular ini files in any of them. Could it just be my downloads? I'll download them all again and see.

It looks like I got the 50cal machine guns effect working again after re-installing your files.

yeah best way is to add my packs (as these are sort of all-in-one, version depending) as last after other effects base
