Weapons Pack 2

Weapons Pack 2

- this weapons pack includes all weapons from the Weapons pack 1 and all textures are changed to jpeg ( i hope)

- all errors and missing textures from the Weapons pack1 are fixed

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE:

i strongly recomend that you remove / delete an existing file befor you replace it with a new file , there are so many weapons that use large bmp textures or more than 1lod version for a wepon in the old weaponpacks , this textures and old lods are no longer needed

you best replace the files one by one , overwrite old files is not recommended

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DATA_ini Folder

- here are updated ini´s for the Buccaneer , F-14A_IR and F-8 includet , please use this new ini´s to get all weapons working , i took the liberty to change the boresight setting for the F-8 from 1 to 5 so the AIM-9C can be used properly

SF2NA Folder

- here are weapons that are specialy set up for SF2NA use only , thanks to EricJ

Credit to

- the one who made the KAW effects ( i dont know who did it )

- KillerBee for his Help

- and to the Test Team , EricJ , Slartibartfast , JAT81500 , Dast24 , Centurion1 , Ianh755 , GodsLt

- all weapons and textures are made by ravenclaw_007

Templates are available on request

if you still find an error please let me know , and there will be a Weapons pack3 and 4 so if there is a weapon missing you have to wait for the next pack

Have Fun , ravenclaw_007

Super pack! Good job ravenclaw!

Just a detail... AIM-9P-4 has P-5 indication on its texture instead of P-4.

RC,

Awesome job with these! Can't believe just how high def you got the missiles. One thing I've got, the StationSpecificCode for AIM-54 stations for the F-14's in the SuperPack and the ThirdWire Tomcat are now "AIM54", not "F14." Had to fix that to get them to appear. Once they did, daaaaaaaaamn, they look good!

Thanks for your continuing efforts and hard work!

Ah, yes, I forgot, the Super Pack requires SF2:NA and would thus require that folder to work right. My bad! Again, awesome work!

THANKS RC, Awesome!!!! only problem i'm having is that the weapons mounts are at the top +45 degrees. shouldn't the mounts be rotated to the top? for instance the AGM-119A.

the mounts are always on top position , what aircraft do you have this problem with ????

may be you have to check the mounting position of the weaponstation

Excellent Pack. I used the AGM-12B last night, and the visuals were way beyond my expectations. One question: do you have hi-definition AIM-4F and AIM-4G missiles?

MissileRollAngle=45.0 was set and caused the problem.

I have a problem, I am unable to launch the AGM-123 Skipper II. I tried everything (EOGB,LGR,ASM,EOGR) and nothing!

Tried the AGM-123 (setup as a LGR by Ravenclaw) and works but you need a laser pod fitted to your A/C for it to fire (unless shooting at the Primary Target).

you only need LGR and AttachmentType=USN , and check the pylons LoadLimit as well as the StartYear=1985

on the FA-18E only the inner pylon is setup for the AGM-123

Fired the Skipper from an A-6E_79 using the built-in laser pod and it works fine for me -

Awsome work guys! My 2 cents: Export end year on the AIM-9G should be 1990 as it was used by the RNZAF up to then.

I've got a problem with the cluster munitions in the pack. I want to equip my plane with AGM-154B JSOW, but it does not show up in the loadout screen. Same applies to the Storm Shadow, APACHE and other types of cluster missiles. The only one working is the Taurus KEPD-350. Has it to do with the latest patch or where might be the problem?

This is my data.ini's correspondent entry:

[LeftInnerPylone2]

SystemType=WEAPON_STATION

StationID=9

StationGroupID=3

StationType=EXTERNAL

AttachmentPosition=-2.313,-2.016,-0.925

AttachmentAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0

LoadLimit=1800.0

AllowedWeaponClass=SAHM,RP,BOMB,LGR,AHM,ASM,CGR,EOGB,TLR,EOGR

AttachmentType=USAF,USN

ModelNodeName=LIPylon

PylonMass=72.58

PylondragArea=0.02

[RightInnerPylone2]

SystemType=WEAPON_STATION

StationID=10

StationGroupID=3

StationType=EXTERNAL

AttachmentPosition=2.313,-2.016,-0.925

AttachmentAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0

LoadLimit=1800.0

AllowedWeaponClass=SAHM,RP,BOMB,LGR,AHM,ASM,CGR,EOGB,TLR,EOGR

AttachmentType=USAF,USN

ModelNodeName=RIPylon

PylonMass=72.58

PylondragArea=0.02

And this is my loadout screen:

img00004-4_zps36cfb050.jpg

P.S.: I'm working on some new planes... :smile:, so don't wonder about the blackscreen.

Storm Shadow is probably not showing as it is AttachmentType=UK. and the French version SCALP is AttachmentType=FRANCE as are the Apache family, so I would guess that is why these do not show.

JSOW has AttachmentType=USAF,USN - year related?
