Iceland SF2NA planning map

Does anybody know where I can extract the planning map from for Iceland? Can't find in the terrain folder... or is it locked?

It's in there; ICELANDNA_MAP1, 2, and 3.

they're in the IcelandNA.cat, and iirc, are in jpg format
