With A-7s, i just dive as hard as i can and release when the fire control says. Still, about 50% hit rate is optimistic, but that´s the best i could manage to do. Not as much a trouble to drop in  convenient flight parameters, as the bomb fall near target, often destroying it like iron bombs due to their large warhead, but the b*tch just won´t guide

I simply use nightcrawlers when dealing with "Walleyes." Seriously I fly low pop up to about 10K roll and dive bomb maybe 30deg AOA usually always hit, even against moving ships. Walleyes are fun to use with the new F/A-18A.

I either dive in sharp and quick, or you know just hit the drive through...
