I've made them using the BLU-1 Napalm weapon and just reskinned it. However, whilst it suits the silver Meteors it looks terrible on the camo'ed Meteors as the LOD has built in shinyness.

A real shame, the cammoed Dhimari Meteor is my new favourite, it just look RIGHT over desert terrain.
