Operation Tainted Cigar for SF2 merged install (Opt. Acft 'A'-Team) problem

I have installed all required mod items from the SF2 OTC package. All aircraft appear in the drop down list except for Capuns optional E-1B, C-2A, and P-3A. I followed the *.LOD instructions regarding the downloaded  'A-team' packages......Still no joy? Everything works fine except for these acft. not showing. Is it because they are SF1 only models or are they for AI purpose only.
