Everytime I update WOE with NATO Fighters or the patch updates the game crashes after every mission is completed. I've narrowed it down to the "singlemission.dll" file. Here is what is in the Event Log;

Faulting application name: Wings Over Europe.exe, version: 4.23.6.0, time stamp: 0x444c0c2f
Faulting module name: SingleMission.DLL, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x48fcb72c
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000d682
Faulting process id: 0x1b34
Faulting application start time: 0x01ced40d69895ea9
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Wings Over Europe\Wings Over Europe.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Wings Over Europe\Flight\SingleMission.DLL
Report Id: 3d65e0e5-4002-11e3-a8c8-844bf53ad020

Has anyone else experienced this issue? help%20wanted3.gifquestion.gifcomputer6.gif

moved to the proper forum

if you have an issue with a GAME, post the question in that GAME's forum. The forum where this was originally posted, is for problems with the actual CombatAce SITE.

----------------------------------

looking at the pathway where you WoE is installed, it's located in the WRONG location. All 1stGens, especially if being used in Win 7 (and maybe Vista) SHOULD (read: really, they do) be installed to the root of the C drive, as the /ProgramFiles locations are protected.

As so:

C:\Wings Over Europe

weither this will cure the issue or not, is unknown

A LOT more information will be needed for the few remaining 1stGen folks to trouble shoot.
