Can not work out how to get cockpits

New to strike fighters 2 , got updated  to 2013 , ive download a few cockpit mods , Mig21mf

says in read me file to move to my saved games folder.

 

which i have done , but i see no change form stock cockpits , what am i doing wrong . do files go from cockpit fold straight into object / aircraft / Mig21mf /

 

there is no cockpit folder in aircraft / mig21 folder ,

The jet should have a cockpit folder i.e.

 

object / aircraft / Mig21mf / cockpit

 

If not there there is a separate MiG-21 cockpits download

 

 

The Mig-21mf.ini file would need at least references to

 

[AircraftData]

......

CockpitDataFile=MiG-21mf_cockpit.ini

.....

AvionicsDataFilename=Mig-21mf_avionics.ini

.......

did you put the mod into the AIRCRAFT's main folder (example: MiG-21MF/***) Not just the /SavedGames/***.

Everything for a particular aircraft goes INTO that particular aircraft's main folder.

and ALWAYS read the readmes that come with them!!! (if they have them, of course!!)
