max plugin error

Hi guys wondering what the fix is for this, I KNOW THERE IS ONE BUT FORGOT WHAT IT IS, HAD TO REINSTALL BECAUSE MY SYSTEM PORKED Oh snap sorry for the caps

 plug in...max2009 uses dec2010 plug in..looks like ur not using max 2009?

and must be 32 bit version.

Its max 2009 32bit educational. I had it working for over a year but when my system got hosed i started over there was a fix i had to apply last year but it has slipped my mind now

Just to say i found the fix for me..it was i needed to update my DX files i had not done that yet as this is going to be strait dev machine
