Does anyone know how to open or convert .cat/security catalog files.  I am trying to install the Green Hell 3.5 and I cannot replace the Vietnamsea.cat file with the new one.

No need to open or convert the CAT files.  Just follow the very well written readme which came with Green Hell 3.5.

indeed, NOTHING is required to be extracted for GH 3.5.

 

Just follow the read me enclosed with it
