Tu-22M3 flight stick change

Hello..

Anybody know have to change a flight stick??  can it be done? It is the B1B cockpit, and the stick is a bit wrong. (fighter stick)

AND is it possible to make the canopy work?

Stick no, ist a part of the B-1B pit, you need to change it in the source file.
