The layout or skin for WOFF I haven't even started yet as it's fairly low priority in the whole scheme of things. I will get to it but for now like all other forums there's only skin available. I do take suggestions so feel free to share. The other smileys have not left you. When you open the smiley page it shows you recently used smileys and 14 most commonly used smileys. On that screen however in the upper right click "Categories" > then choose "emoticons" from the menu choices.
