A few weeks ago windows update installed the latest Nvidia drivers and after some hours of use, I can say that flicker his gone!

my specs

gt 720 2gb DDR 5

windows 7

I3-2100 3.10

and 4 GB ram

Working well for me also. I was using an old driver [347.88] due to cockpit jaggies and texture issues but this latest one [385.69] doesn't seem to have those issues and the anti-aliasing appears better as well. 

System: Win7-64bit, 4GB ram, GTX750.

For me Windows 10 (as always) updated the driver to the latest 382.05 with the Win 10 version 1703 update..........however I have not seen any issues myself so far so might be okay.

I may have some other flickering problem - as that one still exists on the latest set of Drivers (390.65 released Jan 8, 2018)

 

Speaking about SF2V with the Expansion Pack running on Win 7 64bit and a GTX660

390.65  on my gtx980 and no flicker runs really good...no worries afaik.
