Gawd, I wouldn't want THAT escorting a Tu-22M3 over the Sea of Okhotsk... makes the below more likely:

I was feeling like a Delta Dart mission, so a pair of us flew against some heathen interlopers.......

Since dogfighting in a 106 is a recipe for suicide, the Genie is the perfect weapon to make short work of the threat..

But it IS a bit disconcerting to have it ignite and go flashing past you...

Since there are no stock decals for this bird I borrowed some from stock Spitfire Mk. IX (1st pic.) and repainted MontyCZ's Avia pack decals (2nd pic.). I think the second one looks better, what you think?

Considering the Mules where never painted in 2-tone.....and never used that style of 3 digit (and they were out of service by 1950, before the blue/tan arrived).  They were hated and crashed a lotmule.thumb.JPG.492efd464901c7f5e4cf0d646d967332.JPG

All original IDFAF birds used the "dalet", "period" then numbers. You should only use the decals I made for it, as seen in the 2nd image.
