A-6A and A-7C_71 strange issue in SF2 Vietnam with A&G War Expansion Pack

Hi everybody,

I found a strange issue with A-6A and A-7C_71 in SF2 Vietnam, modded with Air & Ground War Expansion Pack. The bombs are merged in fuel tanks and the A-7's Sidewinders are not attached to their pylons (as you can see in the pictures).

Anyone knows how to solve? Thank you very much.

it's a data ini issue, caused by using an out-dated version. Because the external tanks are detatchable nodes of the aircraft model and the call-out in the data ini is for the older, 1stGen style of lod (model).

I'd rename the data inis and that should clear up the extra tank problem.

or you can extract NEW, current data inis from the ObjectCats, and place them into the aircraft's folder, replacing the older version (after renaming them for back up)

If I rename the data .inis, does the aircraft still work then? Do I need to replace it with another one?

not to worry, the game will automaticly use the ini stored in the cat files.
