Bit of grass on the airfields. Effect is quite subtle. Can't get more hi-res (TGA otherwise too big).

..what do you think?

I like the effect very much, adds to the atmosphere, especially for the Italian front. Would like to see something similar done for the Palestine theater too, such as sand dunes with bits of grass or weeds sticking out. Now if we could only come up with some kind of ini trick to make the trees solid like in WOFFue/RB3D, or to place some kind of field of "invisible poles" in the same area where there are lots of trees - and I will be very happy indeed. (Already happy with FE2 but it doesn't hurt to push it further.)

Happy flying gents',

looks good!

that's always been an issue with the SF/FE series -- the "alpha objects" have no material substance (well, actually neither do the "solid objects") in the TOD files. This one suspects they are holograms ()

I remember hitting trees in in IL2 - that was "interestering"

Looks nice. I 'd like to fly over and throw some bombs on it. Funny pictures.

Ok, worked a bit more on the colors. This version seems slightly better...will continue to improve the idea.

Thx for your feedback so far
