T-flight Hotas X not working with SF2?

I am trying to use my HOTAS X for SF2, but it is not picking up the joystick period. Any help?

I had one working with SF1 and SF2 a few years ago.  I don't recall it being difficult to set up in the Strike Fighters series.

Did you load the software for it?  That's about all I can think of besides checking to see if it's working, ie. calibrated, working in any other games, etc...

I've been using this stick for years on SF2 so it should work. That said, I bought a HOTAS 4 to go with my PS4 too which didn't work at all (didn't even power up) so it's possible you have a dud. 

Stupid questions but...

1. Does it show up on your Windows Peripherals when you plug it in?

2. Does the Home button light up? If so, Red or Green? 

3. If yes to last two, does it work with any other games?
