Antiship missiles arhitecture

Did the SF2 game engine integrate Antiship missile "mechanic"  or is the same SF1 CGR missile type thing I have to use ? If it did integrate the antiship missile mechanic, should I use ASM on wings for loading ?

SF2 still uses CGR for anti-ship missiles.
