      I don't think it's particularly realistic, but here's a modified Su-27 doing Kulbits using actual thrust vectoring and not RCS. (Sorry for the audio quality, I'm using the built in Win10 recorder and it's ugh )
      https://streamable.com/m468da
      So here's how to do it:
      Step 1: Map the thrust vector axis to your normal pitch, ie up/down on the stick. This will make flying a normal VTOL a-la Harrier pretty much impossible, but it's the only way to do this.
      Step 2: How it actually works
      ThrustVectoring=TRUE
      ThrustVectorInputName=THRUST_VECTOR_CONTROL
      MaxVectoredPitchAngle=30.0
      ThrustVectorControlRate=10.0
      ThrustAngles=0.0,-30.0,0.0     //This is the important one. It needs to be the same angle as the MaxVectoredPitchAngle, or it won't work. With this the "neutral" stick position will also leave the thrust vectoring at 0º, and pitching up or down will pitch the thrust vectoring up or down accordingly.
      Step 3: You'll need to add the StabilityAugmentation= parameter to the FlightControl section. Otherwise the plane will just spin like crazy if the AoA gets too high.

      Edit: I'm very sorry, I posted this before I actually finished writing. I guess the Kulbits left me a bit disoriented

      Sooooo since the last topic was kinda ded i decided to post again.
      Basically im editing the Su-35 cockpit  and i like the re texture ive been workin on

      But the HUD i really wanna change to the Modern Flanker cockpit HUD made for Marc's Sukhoi's (HUD pic below)
      sooo im asking on how to do it, since the HUD the 35 cockpit came in would look too old to put in a modern Fighter like the Su-35.
      Please help.. so i can finally release the Su-35 mod..
      sincerely

      Hello Ya'all
      Im editing the cockpit of the Su-37 mod so i can fit it in my WIP  Su-35 Flanker-E, ive only changed the textures for it for now and im looking on ways to change the HUD display from the one default in the cockpit to the one below

      tried to just delete the HUD folder in the cockpit folder and copy this HUD folder there and i thought thats just it since when i change the Revi sight on 109's i just change the tga file and edit the .ini soo might need help..
      tried looking into the old forum post "Cockpit tips" or something by Russok and didnt found much that helps with HUD's

      Screenshot of my Indonesian skin for a Su-30KI (Marc’s Su-27 with SKM cockpit and better performance mods)
      The 30KI info:
      1997-1998 Sukhoi talks with Indonesia about selling Su-30, in 1998 aircraft was in hurry converted to demonstrator called Su-30KI, rebuilded using "chinese" upgrade kit Su-27SK (but retain air-refueling probe and OLS on right side). Aircraft with number 27 has a new camouflage - white and black waves on old grey background. First flight 06.1998, then shifted to Akhtubinsk air range for tests. Please note that aircraft has nothing in common with real Su-30 except name (it's the only one-seat aircraft with name Su-30!).
      In 2002 was rebuilt once again, to prototype of upgrade packet of the Su-27s, so it's name was changed to Su-27SMand for export Su-27SMK with new avionics, newest air-to-ground missiles. Bort number 305, camouflage as previous, but more waves on nose of the aircraft and inner surfaces of tail fins. It was presented on MAKS-2003 and many shows.
      My take on the 30KI is a variant if it was modernized the same way Indonesia’s Su-27’s were modernized to the SKM variants
      I’m still new here but i have plans on a Su-35S add on but idk if i can make my own model yet..
