its always about "TIME" !!

Hi .....guyes. i have a question.is there anyway to decrease time warp in SF2 like "IL-2"  game ?i mean 0.5x or 0.25x instead 2x &  4x or 8x?

is changing possible? yes, as i have a 16x in addition to the others

these are the values in the flightengine.ini

MaxTimeCompression=16.0  <----------------- increased from 8 default in mine
StartTimeCompression=1 <---------------------- what you may want to change

however, as i understand it you would start at your lowest compression and have to work your way up to regular speed.

im guessing this is for testing purposes?

EDIT BECAUSE I GOT CURIOUS: set the start value at 0.5.  the aircraft moved slower than normal tho not necesarily half speed. the first time shift brought it up to 1. however it never cycled back to 0.5 after that. also tried a MinTimeCompression, no dice.

TNX daddy.i will test it......yep its work:biggrin:.but you said true.it come back to normal 1x mode if use ALT+T key:dry:anyway thank you.....
