Quick question for the terrain experts...... Why don't any of the Vietnam terrains we've got have any roads on them?? Because ; A...I want to photograph a crossroads...... And B.... I then want to bomb said road junction...

First of all, this is not another topic focused on one aircraft...this is simply my topic about recent works on old good SLUF. As recently I was absolutely occupied on work with the ODS30 team I neglected my Vietnam era mod. Then when ODS 30 cam out...I figured out I need to re-work my own Vietnam mod. So just tweak here and there...ended up with the whole Navy A-7 Corsair deployment in Vietnam War. Some squadrons had tendencies to slightly change paint markings, some squadrons remain pattern for each tour of duty. Nevertheless, very colorful considering it was combat deployment. But things were different back then. This is still WIP..but more or less it is nearly finished. 1967. This is for members like me who use photoshop but can't open DDS files, you can download the DDS plug-in for After Effects and Photoshop then you don't need to have two software to do your work. I hope you will find this useful. just download the file and use the correct plug 32 or 64 and you put it in the Adobe Photoshop directory under \Plug-ins and you are all set.

Maybe so. Right after we finish building 1000s of miles of the Ho Chi Minh trail and accurate surrounding elevation. And then finish up 100s of miles of the Vietnamese rail lines. Then we will work on the major road networks.

I use the old PaintShopPro, is from the Paleozoic, but still works great, even If it cannot open DDS, for that I use Gimp.

Seems to work fine for me! Although, heavily modded it was already a bit unstable in previous Win versions... But there is no difference and that seems to be a good thing! Cheers

No, that file establishes spawning locations for multiplayer, which is removed in SF2. What you ask for has nothing to do with terrains. Waypoints can be altered globally by tweaking relative values inside the MissionControl.ini file that must be put inside the Flight folder. I never experimented with this though, so you're on your own.
