    ok , select the canopy glas part and left click with your mouse and select Object_Properties make sure that you have "Backface Cull" selected select User Defined check that you have the setting like below

    Thank you ravenclaw_007 i had everything the same except the last thing was like this: AllowDecals = True CastShadow = True CatchShadow = True UseFlatNormal = False and I have changed it to what you suggested and sadly nothing changed the same problem. and this is the material setting for the canopy if that has anything to do with it.

    Kinda off-topic lol.This makes me sigh. Now many game workflows are based on Blender, but I am more familiar with 3dsmax. Especially for Unreal Engine, many useful and convenient tools are designed for Blender, which has become an obstacle for me to do further modding.I'm young but not that young, and not that old either,daily life and work have taken up most of my time and energy, which makes it difficult for me to learn and adapt to Blender. The fact that TK's LOD exporter is based on 3dsmax is a lucky thing for me. I can totally understand what DAD and EricJ are thinking.

    Hello Julio, this is what prompted me to look into the problem. I realized that the lewis gun was used as weapon station since it had both entries in the data.ini and the loadout.ini. This then made me experiment by placing the Lewisgun folder (lewis01) into the weapons folder instead of in the guns folder (where it was by default) and that did the trick as well as renaming the entry in the loadouts,ini from " 303CAL_LEWIS_MK2" into "lewis01" with the station ID matching the one in the [centerWingStation] in the data.ini. All thst was left to do was to adjust the AttachmentPosition of the gun and the ejection entries because the gun wasn't sitting right. What a nightmare!! If I had seen your post earlier it would have saved me quite a few hours, but thankyou so very much for looking so deeply into the problem and setting up your schematic!

    thank you everyone who contributed in the Simple Model Request thread, esp thanks to ravenclaw_007 (he did do the model work) now just gotta wrap them AlphaJets up and do the fun parts: ini edits, loading screens etc
