Despite evidence of the contrary I would recommend using the editor as this is a very useful tool and changes gameplay for better. Playing single missions out of the box will make you bored after a short time. Maybe the editor is not so complex as you would wish, but it has lot of advantages in single mission gameplay.

What Gepard said. USAF docs are correct, 60 rounds for the F-13.

The original MiG-21F, the plane with the two NR-30 guns, was intended to have only 30 rounds per gun. With the MiG-21F13 one gun was replaced. The space where the gun was, was now used for equipment which was needed for the AA-2 Atoll (aka R-3S, aka K-13) missile. The ammoload for the gun was increased to 60 rounds. The ammo of the MiG-21F and F-13 was belt feed. The belt was layed around the fuselage (of course under the skin). When the one gun was removed the space for the ammo belt of this gun became empty and was used to increase the lenght of the ammo belt for the other gun.

After the withdrawal of French forces, the partition of FIC into North and South Vietnam (and the other places), the newly formed Republic of Viet Nam Air Force carried on with the aircraft the French left behind (in truth, training of the pilots and ground crew started before the Battle of Dien Bein Phu) Here we have Bearcats from the 1st Fighter Squadron, in their original dark gloss Navy blue, and post-1960 natural metal. and an RVNAF Criquet (Bearcats by me, MS-500 from Paulo's Mod Pack) These aircraft would (could) be used on the stock VietnamSEA map, with a small text edit to the terrains main ini, to give it a start date of 1956.

There is one way that I know of if you want a second sortie without ending the mission. Go to your Controls folder. There should be an .ini file in there that lists all the key controls, such as "Default.ini". Open that up, and look for the [ControlSet001] column. At the end, paste in the following: REARM_WEAPONS=ALT+W RELOAD_GUN=ALT+G UNJAM_GUN=ALT+J After you land, press Alt+W and then Alt+G to re-arm your weapons and replenish gun ammo. Taxi back around and take off. (You can change the key presses to anything else you want, of course.) Thanks to WhiteBoySamurai for his post and the CA community.

Yeah man. We've been discussing this topic for years... people have tried, tired, and tried again. One person was able to rig something back in the WOE days. With rearming, refueling, and all that. I think the files got lost over time or something. Yeah we've tried a lot of things with the SF series. Some even developed a bomb sight for heavies ... and I can still hear Wrench say "leave the bombing to the AI" :) DCS is on top of things that's for sure. However SF series will always have a special place in my heart. I don't care how bad the graphics are or how limited the engine is. SF series is still a good series.

Since I don't do real world skins that often... I hope you like these ones. I saw them searching for something else and thought that I must do them. Possible that somebody created them already. F-4K Phantom FG.1, 43rd Squadron RAF, 70 Years Anniversary skin without Spinestripe... ...and with it

If the goal of 25k is not reached, then what? In the page, there's nothing about returning money back in case the goal is not achieved. He should make a list of the features included on the possible new update. As many guys said, current SF2 runs fine on windows 10 and also new content can be made by modders. On the other hand he could dramatically improve current game by adding new features such as: - multiplayer, which is something that community always wanted, - more realistic Al behavior, - air to ground radar mode. It's extremely easy just pushing E and locking onto a ground target and then waiting for the AG missile to be within range. - more realistic radar environment. Aircraft and ground radars should be capable of tracking not only cruise missiles but all types of missiles depending on their RCS. - introducing anti-ARM capability. A ground radar station should have the ability to detect an incoming ARM and shut down in time making the ARM go ballistic. - air to air refuel, - fixing current bugs I'm not into software developing, so I don't know how much money are needed to make all these things happen but I think 25k can not be reached in two weeks especially in 2019 when SF2 players are much fewer. But again there's nothing concerning what will be included.

Okay, i searched my archive and found something. MiG-21bis acceleration time from Mach 0.5 to Mach 0.9 was 21 seconds time for 360° curve in 1.000m 27 seconds in 4.500m 48 seconds in 9.000m 78 seconds initial turn rate 23° sustainable turn rate 13.3° The flaps of MiG-21F-13, PF and U were modified Fowlerflaps. In german we called it "Spaltklappen", slotted flaps. Flaps setting for takeoff was 24.5°, landing 44.5° From MiG-21PFS onward the flaps were "Scharnierklappen mit Grenzschichtbeeinflussung". Blown flaps with fixed rotation axis. Flap setting were 25° for take off and 45° for landing. The airflow for the border layer blowing system came from the compressor of the engine. It was activated by the pilot by pressing a button (IIRC). It was operational only when the afterburner was not activated. Switching on the NB would automatically switch of the BLC. The flaps of the MiG-21 were pushed in by the driving wind at a speed of 340 km/h. I'm not sure, wheter it was meant that it began with 340 km/h or that the flaps were fully pushed in at 340 km/h. I think the first idea is correct.

30 April 1959, Convair B-36J-1-CF Peacemaker, serial number 52-2220, landing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. The very last flight ever made by one of the giant Cold War-era bombers.
