    nstallation of the Sentraedi Fighter SU-27K: The installation procedure is quite normal, FACILITY: This SU-27K (SU-33) package is for an SF2 installation. Simply copy and paste the items from the included folders into the corresponding folders contained in your Saved Games > ThirdWire folder GRADES: This is a primitive version of the SU-27K Flanker airborne heavy fighter, it is not optimized for ground attacks but can carry a lot of bombs and rockets the model is a SU-35 casing that we once worked with ALEDUCAT and it was never finished, the controls were optimized for vector thrust so it doesn't move some ailerons, today I finished it as a Sukhoi 27k to share it. Create a set of classic double rockets for this model. the chosen cabin is the one created by YEYEYE, the original readme file is added. The missiles that I chose are from a pack of weapons, I don't know who created them but it is appreciated. Hope you enjoy. By pressing the corresponding vectoring keys (vertical thrust) the plane becomes unstable like the SU-57 model, being able to perform the Cobra maneuver. I had planned to create the characters of the series but unfortunately every day it becomes more difficult for me to finish projects to be able to share them with you, it would be of great help if you followed me on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@arielmelo9789/videos I could justify the time invested in my ex-wife hahahaha.

    F-CK-1 Ching-kuo (IDF) Multirole Fighter Jet by UllyB November the 21th 2023/ver 1.0.1 **************************************** The Taiwanese Ching-Kuo Fighter is developed and manufactured by the Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation based in Taichung. The aircraft is also referred to as the Indigenous Defence Fighter (IDF). The Ching-Kuo is an all-weather, multi-role fighter and is built in one-seater and two-seater configurations. Ching-Kuo fighter programme The programme to develop the aircraft, known as the An Hsiang or Safe Flight programme, started in 1982 with identification of the requirements for an air-superiority fighter. The rollout ceremony of the first prototype took place in December 1988, when the aircraft was named after the late President Chiang Ching-Kuo. The Ching-Kuo made its first flight in May 1989. Ching-Kuo air superiority fighters are operational in the RoC Air Force of Taiwan (Republic of China) since January 2000 and the last of a total of 130 entered service in July 2000. AIDC has developed an upgrade package which includes a digital cockpit, upgraded radar and countermeasures. BAE Systems supplied the new 32-bit digital flight control computer. Two F-CK-1 prototypes were upgraded to F-CK-1 C/D in 2006. The upgraded C/D aircraft made its first flight in October 2006. It was renamed as F-CK-1 C/D Hsiung Ying (Brave Hawk) in 2007. Other improvements in the upgrade package included increased internal fuel capacity, improved avionics, renovated electronic warfare capabilities and strengthened landing gear. Production of the C/D version began in 2009 as part of the $588m Mid Life Upgrade (MLU) programme. AIDC will upgrade the initial 71 of 130 IDFs under the MLU programme. The first batch of six upgraded F-CK-1 C/D IDFs were delivered to the ROCAF in June 2011. I decided to let community vote what type of plane would wish to be built as a sign of appreciation and respect for it. This project had a bumpy start. He and his team offered to take over the project but they had to postponed it before because of their current projects at that time.     The first part of Cold East Ground Objects Bonanza mods for the SF2 series game. First of all. This is not entirely a 'Plug and Play' mod. Yes, some objects will appear in the game right away, but some will not - because some objects are meant to be used via the target editor. In general, the whole mod is built for terrain enhancement - a lot of objects should be added in terrain TYPES and TARGETS. But of course, some like tanks, SAMs, AAA, etc will appear automatically in the game. Having this in mind this mod is mostly for terrain builders, modders, and experienced users. If you are hoping for quick-click plug-and-play - this is not for you. All objects have destroyed models added. Gun files should be taken carefully - they are slightly modified by guuruu with decreased performance. I believe all the gun files are provided and you should have them already, if I forgot something - well it happens sometimes. Sorry for that. 5 new weapons for some of the objects. 9M14M, 9M14P, 9M111, 9M113, 9M114 Part one contains mostly tanks, APCs, IFVs, SPAAG, and some support armored objects. All of the skins are green, I added a few camo versions and a few extra but just for specific objects. NO Tan/Desret scheme. This might come in a more specific mod for specific terrains in the future. Userlist ini files are just there but they might need editing for your own use. Under any circumstances DO NOT mix these objects with ODS 30Aniversary Edition mod. ODS30AE objects are exclusive for ODS and differ in many ways from Cold East Ground Objects Bonanza.     All in all, this is a mod that restores the visual effects of Flare according to the photos IRL, you can refer to the screenshot I uploaded. Some trucks have light emitters made by guuruu - made to work at night and be 'invisible' during the day - well effect ended up somewhere in the middle.. If you have similar models from me - released years ago - do not mix them up. I recommend deleting all old files. Here you will find new updated models.     SF2 F3D-2/EF-10B Skyknight by Coyote Aerospace 1/1/2024 -For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended) This is the release of AngelP's F3D-2/EF-10 "Skyknight". It's being released as a "provisional Beta", due to the LOD needing more work. But rest assured, it's been 'tested to destruction', and other than needing a few more seperated meshes, is fully functional. The aircraft has been split into two differing birds, one the night/all weather fighter for the 1950s (F3D-2) and the Vietnam War era stand-off/escort jammer (EF-10B). Due to the need for certain types of electronics (avionics), 2 different cockpits have been used. The aircraft(s) include the following skin sets: F3D-2: VC-3 (USN) in standard overall Dark Gloss Navy Blue VMF(N)-513 - VMF(N)-531 - both in overall Night Black, USMC night fighters during the Korean War EF-10B: VMCJ-1 in standard Gull Grey/White Most marking are decals; excepting a few squadron flashes. Decal randomization is TRUE. As expected, as many Modex numbers as possible have been matched to their BuNums. These are marked with the star (*). Those unmarked could not be matched, or are just 'generic' in nature. Included are pilot figures, drop tanks (ini only) and the EF-10 gets external jammer and chaff pods. This aircraft is NOT carrier qualfied, although the wings fold with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/9, and the canopy hatch with Shift/0. When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection dropdown you'll see for each: F3D-2 Skyknight (CAF) EF-10B Skyknight (CAF) these will differentiate ours from any others you might (or most likely DON'T) have.     The second part of Cold East Ground Objects Bonanza mods for the SF2 series game. First of all. This is not entirely a 'Plug and Play' mod. Yes, some objects will appear in the game right away, but some will not - because some objects are meant to be used via the target editor. In general, the whole mod is built for terrain enhancement - a lot of objects should be added in terrain TYPES and TARGETS. But of course, some like tanks, SAMs, AAA, etc will appear automatically in the game. Having this in mind this mod is mostly for terrain builders, modders,, and experienced users. If you are hoping for quick-click plug-and-play - this is not for you. All objects have destroyed models added. Gun files should be taken carefully - they are slightly modified by guuruu with decreased performance. I believe all the gun files are provided and you should have them already, if I forgot something - well it happens sometimes. Sorry for that. Part two contains mostly air-to-air defenses. SA-2, SA-3, SA-9, SA-8B, SA-13, SA-7. Again those SAMs are not really plug-and-play mods. I have made them in groups (SA-2A, SA-2B, SA-3, etc...) each group contains EWR, SAM_RADAR, and SAM_LAUNCHER. It is up to the player to pick and choose the desired system for a specific mod, terrain, etc. all except SA-2 use new weapon models. SA-2 uses an older model that was available for years already. (for now, I have no patience to finish my models) All objects have destroyed models added. Gun files should be taken carefully - they are slightly modified by guuruu with decreased performance. All of the skins are green, I added a few camo versions and a few extra but just for specific objects. NO Tan/Desret scheme. This might come in a more specific mod for specific terrains in the future. Userlist ini files are just there but they might need editing for your own use. If you have similar models from me - released years ago - do not mix them up. I recommend deleting all old files. Here you will find new updated models. You can either mount it on a virtual drive, burn it on a DVD like in the good old days, or unzip it with 7-Zip or equivalent software. The installer will automatically detect your installation of the required Strike Fighters 2 games by reading through the registry keys. Game folders that are copied from or manually moved from where they were originally installed are not supported. You need all three aforementioned Strike Fighters 2 games and they must be installed with ThirdWire's original installers, not manually copied from other sources nor moved elsewhere after installation to other folders or drives. If you do not meet any of these requirements, installation cannot proceed and you are on your own. If you install all required games properly, the installation of the mod will proceed correctly as intended. The installer then lets you choose where to install the mod folder; you can even install the mod on a different drive or partition than the one where Strike Fighters 2 is installed. Suggestions on common issues Make sure that you are using your dedicated GPU. By default, Strike Fighters 2 usually selects the integrated GPU you may have on your CPU, which is much weaker in terms of VRAM. In case you have frequent crashes or black/missing textures, I highly suggest you download and install the DXVK graphics wrapper (x86 DLLs) into your Strike Fighters 2 game folder: https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk. You need a Vulkan-compatible GPU. The wrapper can greatly improve the experience with the mod. With DXVK I can play the mod on a mere Intel UHD 710, whereas without it the mod would always crash to desktop. Go to Sound and set Sound Channels to 32. We got reports that 16 is not enough and will cause crashes on some systems, due to the higher quality sounds included within the mod. The mod is pretty heavy for the game engine despite huge optimizations. Strike Fighters 2's engine is 32bit only and apparently does not manage VRAM properly; consecutive campaign missions might show black/missing textures on objects or cause crashes to desktop because the game does not release the occupied VRAM from the previous mission you played, thus the more missions are loaded consecutively, the more easily you may run out of memory. Set Ground Objects to Medium or Low, Horizon Distance to Near, and Shadows to Medium or Low. These are the most troubling settings. Avoid Unlimited settings as much as possible. If the mod used to work and suddenly crashes to desktop, updating or reinstalling video drivers should help. Make sure that DirectX June 2010 Redistributables are also installed, they are included inside the ISO disk image of the mod. Inside the mod folder, you'll find some extra text files. "(Coalition Order of Battle)" should be of your interest; the mod's terrain covers the entirety of Iraq, at the cost of not having all of Saudi Arabia; this means that a number of important units are based on airbases that are beyond the in-game playable area. With those units you always spawn near the target area, you'll never get to start from a runway nor to land on the assigned runway beyond the invisible wall. You have an entire list of the affected units in the aforementioned text file. By pressing ALT+N, the plane returns to base automatically. The mod is fully compatible with the Campaign Customizer and Mission Editor DLCs by ThirdWire. The Campaign Customizer might be an alternative way to experience those off map units I mentioned previously, since it assigns you to a random airbase of the in-game flyable area. Escort missions are often broken, this is not an issue of the mod, but a bug of the stock game; sometimes the AI flight you escort does not engage its target and keeps flying in a straight line instead of following waypoints, thus the trigger for mission success will never happen. Abandon the mission or retry it if the issue happens, sometimes it works. Pray for ThirdWire AKA Tsuyoshi Kawahito to work on a 64bit version of Strike Fighters 2, maybe even with support for DirectX 12. With that done, any out of memory issues should become an old memory.

    This is a complete overhaul/update/fixing of great Dave original package, an handmade reskin using Lod viewer and no templates. The job was started several years ago and finished after downloaded last Kevin's effort. So you'll find, jpg textures, SM files, fixed camo, lines and right shaped stripes and some missing parts added to originals. As I always dislike redoing someone's else work pratice without a valid reason, this job started only for personal use, but when became a complete overhaul, I decided to share. As a bonus a Defence Systems Evaluation skin made by myself using TW silver skin as template (EB-57B) and a second AVON 1 skin for 13 BS. Decals are taken from Dave's package and some are brand new.     SF2 TMF Boeing 707 300 Series Update Pack 5/14/2023 -For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended) This is the complete aircraft, set up as to NOT conflict with the mods of the 707 produced by DaddyAirplanes. Some renanming has been done to make sure of the lack of conflicts. This is a fairly small modification of the Boeing 707 jetliner released many years ago by The Mirage Factory. What this mod does, is using ONLY the 4 original skins, adds 100% historically correct registration numbers, and in the case of PanAm, the "Clipper" name of the aircraft. Just in case you've forgotten what skins there are ... BOAC - 14 aircraft 1960-86 El Al - 12 aircraft 1961-2018 Pan American - 18 aircraft 1958-99 TMA Air Cargo - 6 aircraft 1965-2004 All these markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Data ini has some edits, adding the "Exported to Enemy = TRUE" line. The nations used for these 4 are STOCK in game ones. (RAF=BOAC, USAF=PanAm, Lebannon=TMA). A userlist in included, that is by NO MEANS complete. End users are encouraged to add skins, "air forces" and whatever is required to expand the line. A cockpit is included, but as this bird is mostly for eye candy, player flight is not reccomended (no defenses of any kind!!). As such, there are NO hangar or loading screens. When in game, you'll see Boeing 707-300 Series (TMF) on the aircraft selection drop down menu. This should (and will) deferentiate it from DA's mods. This aircraft DOES represent many different versions of the 300 series, so the name is fairly accurate.     This edit in the original file allows you to fly as if you were the wingman of the formation. You continue to be the leader, and giving orders to the rest of the squad, but flying as the right wing, giving the radio command 1-8-6. To return to the original formation, just perform the radio command 1-8-3. I like it, because I like flying as a wingman and "inserting" myself into the maneuvers and following the "leader", giving more immersion to the flight. You just need to be careful when flying with nations where the pilots have "poor skills", as during the maneuvers the "leader" can spread and collide with you. In this case, before the "action begins", I suggest giving the command 1-8-1 so that he moves away so that a collision does not occur. Overwrite or just leave it. 100 gal tank is the original TW tank. You can overwrite or just simply do not copy. 175 gal tank also. Tanks are just ini files. The mod uses tanks that are part of aircraft lod. Yes, again Meteors. But I made this revamp to fix what I wanted to fix for some time already in old models..plus a few new things. So we have 22 different (more or less) aircraft. F Mk.1 - first 12 production Meteors with Welland I engines. Not all served in 616 Sq at the same time. Some were moved to RAE or Gloster Company for further development. F.Mk.3 - first 15 airframes with Welland I engine. F.Mk.3 - equipped with Derwent I engine. F.Mk.4 - High-Speed Record (Basically F.4 with long span wing from F.3 - Or F.3 with long Nacelles - depends on how you look at it - but serial is listed under F.4) - Anyway, bonus aircraft for speed record in 1945 and 1946. F.Mk.4 - fighter jet with Derwent 5 engines. T.Mk.7 - two-seat training jet. F.8 - represented in mod with 3 variants for the game. First with an early canopy hood. Then bubble canopy and the last one with a large bore engine intake...(mostly serials WK and WL...but at some point, you could have large intakes and early canopy...just a matter of when and where) FR.9 - fighter recon version in two variants early and late canopy. PR.10 - photo reconnaissance version NF.11 - radar night /all-weather fighter NF.13 - radar night /all-weather fighter with additional equipment for use in hot/tropical climate NF.12 - radar night /all-weather fighter NF.14 - radar night /all-weather fighter NF.14(trop) radar night /all-weather fighter with additional equipment for use in hot/tropical climates mostly prepared for No 60 Sq. But also served within units stationed in Great Britain. NF(T).14 - training version for Air Navigation Schools - Rebuild from NF.14 - no radar or armament. TT.20 - target tug aircraft with target sleeve for artillery practice (target sleeve is deployed as bomb bay doors - AI will open doors when approaching target). U.15 - target/research drone jet based on F.4 Meteor U.16 - target/research drone jet based on F.8 Meteor T7(TT) - separate version - target tug with target banner. - Should start in the air in single mission editor - while AI is taking off it will lose the banner on an airstrip. Tip... TT.20, U.15, U.16, and T.7(TT) are serving for nation=RAF but privately I have them as RAF-RED for 'training purposes' you can do that too, or screw this at all. Use it for your liking. I do not know how you are going to use those special aircraft...but it is here for general enjoyment. While RAF did not have in mind using Meteors for a ground attack there was a possibility to equip them with non-guided rockets (F.8 and FR9) or bombs (F.4/F.8/FR.9). So you can do it...but I set primary/secondary mission only CAS and armed recon for FR.9...but you can always edit it your way. I fixed data files a little - collision points and hitboxes..as the previous ones were quite weird. But I believe that the flight model could be improved for this aircraft. But this is not my cup of tea nor coffee. All skins are in 4096x4096 format. You can easily resize as needed. Now all Meteors are using the same common color standard. Skins represent all squadrons that operationally used Meteors. Later at some point, after withdrawal many Meteors found some new home as squadron hacks..and could be found everywhere...almost. But those were single examples in specific markings. Those are not included in this mod. I Made a bunch of decals. Some squadrons have special markings on the fin to represent commanding officer aircraft (usually the correct serial number for a specific year), and some do not. Mostly code letter is generic and do not correspond with real code assigned to serial number. But in a few skin sets it is as it should be. You will see. Explore. Also, RAF letters folder should be added to the Decals folder I know it is big but it gives slightly better quality with still small file size All correct serial numbers for every Meteor version. Excluded are numbers that never served within the Royal Air Force or were sold to other countries from RAF inventory. this gives us 2918 individual serial numbers (I believe that is the number never counted what I did). There are many reasons why I have made things in this mod the way they are...versions, skins, and decals. A lot to explain but I doubt anyone wants to read about it anyway. Under no circumstances do not use any part of it with older Meteors done by me and published here in CA. These new ones have some differences in mapping. Some things were changed, some mapping issues and small thingies. So please do not mess up things. Credits.     Simple skin pack with a few sets of skins for Navy versions of A-7 Corsair II - A/B/C/E that flew during the air war over Vietnam between 1967-1974. Basic modding skills are required to run this mod. (copy/paste, mod folder structure etc.) It is designed for and works only in SF2 series. To run this mod you need also access to TW lod files from SF2 Series. userlist.ini included covering correct years of use of specific models. Skins cover the years 1967-1974 CVW deployments during Vietnam War. All squadrons year by year. The pack contains skins and decals. Skins sets are made in pairs - two squadrons for CVW for a specific year. I could not find all the correct BuNo / Modex but I am considering this as ongoing work in progress, so one day if I will learn something new there will be an update. Also, not all squadrons have CAG markings, sometimes i could not find info on markings...so I left it, again there might be an update if new info appears. I believe that the pack after unp[backing is around 2.6GB. So make some space for SLUF. All skins, new bump maps, specular, and decals are made by me. report bugs. enjoy. Jarek Hereda. P.S.     An Ukrainian Air Force Su-27P according to Twitter pictures. The green radar fairing, the black fake cockpit pattern on the bottom used to confuse the enemy, and the old debris camouflage are its characteristics. In the leaked image, this Su-27 is carrying the American-made AGM-88 anti-radiation missile, just like the Mig-29 on the media platform earlier. This mod is based on SU-27 Flanker 1.1.0 by torno, who graciously allowed me to package the mod in its entirety and upload it here. In this mod, in addition to quoting the original decals, I used the template provided by the original author to redraw, and also adjusted the engine data and weapon pylon data of the original mod to be more realistic and compatible with AGM88. "Based on the revealed images, the Type 625E is a short range air defense system, or SHORAD. It is built as an 8×8 vehicle-mounted self-propelled anti-aircraft gun and surface-to-air missile system." —— From Military-Wiki This SHORAD is set to debut in at least 2021, with Type 625 being PLA’s own version, while Type 625E is the version intended for export. The difference between them is that the Type 625 has a longer gun and only 2 short-range anti-aircraft missiles on both sides. In this mod, due to the lack of 100% accurate model materials, I personally transformed the Type 625E based on the real prototype, named it Type 625A and set the service date as 2020.     Small package of cockpit improvements for Su-7/17 ------- Su-7: cockpit by Stary - fixed misspelling and typos on labels, converted files to reduce size, fixed flaps/airbrake indicators, pilot's POV - nothing too drastic -------------- Su-17 - original cockpit for Su-17 looks old (judging by the files, it was made in 2003), here possible replacements: First gen Su-17s (Su-17, Su-17M (Su-20), Su-17M1 (Su-22)) get aforementioned Su-7 pit. It fits fine considering the time period. Second gen Su-17s (Su-17M3 (Su-22M, Su-22M3), Su-17M4 (Su-22M4)) get pit from Su-25. While not a fully accurate replacement, pits of those two jets do share a lot of similarities.     SF2 A-1H Skyraider (3W) VA-75 Skin Pack 1/11/2024 -For SF2, Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended-- must have access to the A-1H Skyraider in your mods folder(s) This here is a new skin for the stock 3W A-1H Skraider, depicting VA-75 "Sunday Punchers" in approx 1962 aboard USS INDEPENDENCE in Southeast Asian waters. Most markings are decals, excepting for the squadron color bands on the rudder. Through the magic jiggery-pokkery of Level 2 decals, the CAG color bands are also available when you select modex #500. The line birds have their correct markings. All serial numbers are 100% historically correct for this unit at this time period. It should be noted, nothing is provided to make this AI aircraft flyable; you should have alread done that. This is just the textures and decals.     Royal Danish Air Force Thunderjets. Basic modding skills are required to run this mod. (copy/paste, mod folder structure, etc.) Install: Copy and paste specific folders into the correct destination. Mod requires new fuel tanks that are added to the mod - generally RF version uses new fuel tanks and recon wing tip pods. In the game under a prefix. KDF. * you will find F-84E , F-84G and RF-84G * Kongelige Danske Flyvevåbnet F-84E served very shortly for testing purposes, and F-84G ended active service in 1961. RF-84G was a European poor-man recon aircraft, using modified fuel tanks for a camera pod. Several countries used a similar concept for interim recon flight in the case of Denmark they were waiting for RF-84F. Two different recon pod setups are added, also counterbalance fuel tank and additional Fletcher fuel tanks. RF-84G - KA-F and KA-G never received 'RF mod' but served in 729 Esk FR flight, during these years. This is a very old model with some flaws....but as long as we do not have a new one I made new skins. All skins are in 4096x4096 format based on new templates. You can easily resize as needed. During service years, after maintenance, airframes were not always returned to the previous original squadron - resulting in a mess of squadron colors (until someone in the squadron repainted again) - but I believe I have the correct squadron colors for those years represented in a mod. All serial numbers are historically correct for specific squadrons/years of service in the Danish Air Force. Check weapon names in loadout.ini and sounds to match your files. Credits. Model - russoUK. Yours truly - mambo jumbo like skins, decals, Fletcher fuel tanks and recon pod mods, research... Who made this cockpit? Also russoUK? No animal was harmed during the creation of this mod. Only Italian coffee was used, mod may contain cookie crumbs and nuts. Weapons.     Working Past Retirement: Metrea KC-135R This skinpack is a representation of the 4 KC-135R operated by Metrea Strategic Mobility. Bought from Singapore in 2019, these contract tankers are supporting USAF as well as NATO operations Included* KC-135R (Civil) aircraft two skins to highlight the blue Shamu scheme (3 serial numbers) and the Agean Ghost Scheme (1 serial number) Cockpit and ini edits to make player flyable drogue "weapon", addable in the loadout screens Required a legal functioning install of any SF2 version Installation unzip this mod, then install new mod folder categories to your mod folder (Aircraft to aircraft etc) allow overwrites fire up game, take off and go pass gas Known Issues -This is meant as eye candy. unfortunately, SF2 doesnt support air to air refueling so the best to be done is set up a recon mission and then park it in an orbit. -Also, the C-130 cockpit is not too accurate. it is included mainly so that it can be player selected (i had to test it somehow). remember that there is no air to air refueling in game, so these are more eye candy than operational birds - there are currently no wingtip MPRS pods for these aircraft.     These are the Kfir C2 versions used by the Ecuadorian Air Force. The pack contains all the necessary models and is based on the normal TW model and the mods available in Combat Ace.
