This texture set represents an F-14A from VF-1, circa late 1970's, early 1980's.
 
It's a quick and dirty repaint in MS Paint (of all things!), of BPAO's excellent F-14A.

Haiphong Strike '67 (WoV only), by Kreelin.
 
Fly an A-4F on a SEAD mission flown right into the teeth of Haiphong's Anti-Air defenses...and neutralize them before they can respond to an inbound strike package.
 
Warning: Heavy AAA and SAM defenses...may run slow at times on 'borderline' systems.
 
Installation: Extract the haiphong_strike_67.msn file (and that file only, NOT the folder) into your Wings Over Vietnam/Missions folder.

A mod of the existing SF F-4E pit, originally painted by MK2 & Deacon 272. It's been treated to some additional detailing and "avionics" .

After having released several sound packs and effects separately over the last two years, I've decided to combine everything into one, large package, allowing the user to pick and choose which sounds and which effects they wish to use, and to have the ability to integrate it with sounds and effects released by other modders. I've also provided a few ground objects to shoot at, which can also defend themselves to the fullest extant of their (sometimes limited) capabilities. I will provide instructions so that you can install all effects, sounds, and models.

Chaparral, M-42 Duster, KS-19, and the KS-30 models are courtesy of Pasko. Chaparral camo skin is by Badger343rd. The M1939 is an adaptation of Kesselbrut's 40mm Bofors model. The KS-12 85MM AAA is an adaptation of the original SF/WoV KS-19 100MM AAA model by Third Wire. The SAM airburst effect is courtesy of PistolPete, as are the Ship and Tanker Explosion effects. The original idea for the Uber AI mod came from Galanti, over two years ago. I've simply updated it to utilize parameters that have been added since then.

This effect attempts to faithfully reproduce the smaller, "basketball" sized flak bursts created by Soviet-issue 37mm and 57mm Anti Aircraft guns, as well as associating a unique sound event with the effect.

A mission for Wings over Vietnam that simulates the VPAF's attack on the destroyer USS Higbee in April of 1972.
 
Comes complete with a new data.ini for WoV's destroyer model that features radar-directed multipurpose guns, and sound effects.
 
NOTE: Requires a flyable MiG-17F

Unique RWR (RADAR Warning Receiver) sounds for use on any Soviet aircraft in SFP1 or WoV.

Nuclear weapons effects for SFP1 & WoV (SFP1 SP3 & WoV SP1 are required). Works with latest weaponspack for SF/WoV, dated 11/19/2004.
