for some unexplained reason when I try to install any of my joysticks using the game port on my soundblaster live, it tellsme that my game port drivers are not configured correctly. When I try to update drivers, it tells me it cant install them and all the info I can find online says that "game ports are no longer supported". Im not sure if a windows update or something changed things on my end or what, but what does microsoft expect owners of genuine microsoft joysticks to do? Im running xp, sp3, soundblaster live soundcard, using either a sidewinder 3d pro, thrustmaster platinum or a logitech wingman digital joystick, none will work. Im using a modded xbox gamepad or now, BUT ITS NOT A JOYSTICK! Anyone else have this problem/solution? Please help me as flight withdrawals are terrible to deal with.

wov, updted to oct patch, I will be flyin along, bein the bad fighter jock, shootin bad guys down, then the controls stop workin and I casually and most spectacularly auger in. Anyone have this problem?

I recently have had the misfortune to lose two of my cats, one to a pitbull, and then her best friend, dweezel, who just wandered off, he seemed so lost after sweetums was killed, Im still terribly depressed about this, resulting in more sleepless nights than Id care to remember, I often wander the neighborhood at night, looking for him. The neighbor down the street saw a full grown mountain lion come out of the orchard and walk down the street at 4 in the morning the other day, I hope I dont run into him in the dark. I have lots of pics f my cats, maybe I will post some one of these days, as of now, I cant bear to look at them, cos I start blubbering like a child, some tough guy I am,,
