A light in the tunnel!

beautiful targets for Flankers.

A cobra is nothing more than an inertia-aided high alpha stall, and recovery. It is useless in combat. The maneuver that is useful, is known as the hook. That is accomplished during a pursuit, and utilizes the same principle as the cobra, but is normally executed n the horizontal plane. It allows the attacking pilot to momentarily pull lead on his target during a gun pass.
Sheesh, I like how all these self-proclaimed experts come out of the woodwork every time a models' released, and try to pick it apart, when they obviously haven't a clue.

Kreelin and I are testing new file Pharaoh Phoenix did.
The new file allows more realistic maneuvers and Naja it is one.
I will include that in the Version 1.1 of Flanker.

When was child I adored airplanes and there were just western
airplanes to see.
Per decades the Soviet airplanes were ignored.
When the Soviet government ended, the Russians showed for the occident that
had done in the aviation.
I think the curiosity made me to like of airplanes that I could not know .
I didn't stop liking of the
P-51,P-40,P-47,P-39,P-38,F-4U,F-86,F-4E,F/A-18C,F-14,F-16,F-15 and others.
I have these in my shelf
I don't like Wars, I love airplanes!
OK! My friend ! Peace!

Hi USMC Hawker!
Particularly.
I Like of many airplanes, especially SU-27 have a very beautiful drawing.
F-15 Eagle has a historical of excellent combat, but , when the Russians wanted to simulate combat SU-27 vs F-15 USA they
didn't want.

Hey,good work.I´m not a Flanker fan,I prefer the old good Fulcrum, but that planes are really great.

Hi Gost!
Do you have drawings in 3 views of Tejas KH2005?
-
Kh-31 are in the game.
Brahmos is the same to Yakhont.
-
Exactly Marcelo :) :D .Great Work!!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you have drawings of the Kh-41 and Brahamos?
-
Marcelo,Any chance of replicating this bomb loadout on the Su-30MKI(12XFAB-250s)?
Sparker,
The air-to surface version of the Brahmos cruise missile for the Su-30MKI has not yet been made. The surface to surface missile is operational with frontline warships of the Indian Navy and some units of the Indian Army.
The Air to surface version of the Brahmos will be much smaller that can be slung under the centerline pylon of the Su-30MKI. The Anti-ship missles used by the IAF on Su-30MKI are Kh-31A2(AS-17 Krypton) and Kh-59M(AS-18 Kazoo).I have got a pic of a Kh-31 being mounted on the wing of a 20 Sqdn Su-30MKI.

Awesome, any Su-35s or 37s on the production line?more ahead !

Are'nt the Indian SU-30MKI's equipped with Canards ?------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The aircraft which your are making is a Su-30MK and not Su-30MKI. The MKI is a generation ahead of the "MK" variants with thrust vector nozzles, capable of firing R-77, TV guided missiles, LGBs,Indian mission computers, Israeli French avionics.

Indian Su-30MKs:
The first batch of eight Su-30MKs (SB 001 - SB 008), delivered to the IAF, have evolved from the Su-27K long range interceptor, a two-seat fighter derivative of the Su-27PU, which in itself is a two-seat fighter derivative of the Su-27UB trainer. These aircraft have the standard Su-27 radar, an in-flight refuelling capability, limited air-to-ground capability and a data-link system. The second batch, originally built to fulfill a cancelled Indonesian order, of ten Su-30Ks (SB 009 - SB 018) have limited PGM (Precision Guided Munitions) capability.
The Su-30Ks and MKs were inducted into IAF's No. 24 "Hawks" Sqdn (serial nos SB001 to SB018). Soon these Su-30MK and Ks will go back to Russia and replaced by new Su-30MKIs. the ex-Indian Su-30MKs will be brought upto SU-30KN standards and re-sold to Belarus.
Also look at this article by a friend and a fellow SF fan Indian Su-30K/MK
I have IAF's No.20 Sqdn "Lightnings"(first to equip with Su-30MKIs)History, it has nice pics of the Flanker and good guncam pic of a USAF F-16 caught in the MKI's gunsight
