Flight model was first tweaked by FANATIC MODDER, I have continued on where he left off, biggest change is the simulation of the cruise droops.

Not deleted just not activated for player control. They will be folded as part of the 'carrier park' animation/ feature.

As I said the Osprey books show the difference clear as day with a ton of gun sight kill images from the Mirage III and Nesher. There is also gun sight video on YouTube from Israel Mirage III. I also found some gunsight photos online of Australian Mirage III with various targets in thier sights (training).

No idea, I just checked the download file and the pilot/ ejection seat co-ordinates are correct. This is tested on SF2 fully merged on the latest patch. Try re downloading it?

They wouldn't fit in the conformal Falcon stations and the drag of adding wing pylons plus the missiles would be to detrimental to range and speed. As was the case with wing pylons and ECM pods on the RF-101 in Vietnam. Sparrows would require a completely new radar and fire control system. For those reasons I went with the (X)AIM-4H upgraded Falcon to keep its missile system relevant in the early 70's

I have a tractor beam off the front right of the pit reaching out past the gunsight unfortunately

I thought about that but I preferred the straight canopy frame and larger gunsight glass/ visibility this one has. Pros and cons with either.

- Big thanks to mppd for the color reference photos (I could only find a single black & white one) and historical serial numbers.

No I am happy with it as is, don't forget the larger wings ment more lift and larger fuel tanks giving a big increase in range over an F-16. But your more than welcome to do it yourself and send it to me to include. I think there might be a set in McGunny's ordnance pack for SF2.

Glad you guys like it, it is a cool looking viper! I went with F-15E squadrons since that is the aircraft the XL would have been used instead of. The Team Viper F-16C Blk40/42/50/52 decals will fit on the XL without any modification other than a common offset of the decal co-ordinates, so I may do a F-16 squadron decal pack at some stage.
