    Carols Daddy was a P51 of the 1st Air Commando Group/10th US Army Air Force stationed in Burma in 1944. s/n ( 36113 ) also it had an individual number 18 on it as well. This p51 was actually a "A" version but seeing theres no P51a ive put it on the p51b. :)

Found this interesting night operations profile of this aircraft which has a black painted on the bottom of horizontal stabilizers & large areas of bottom wing & fusalage. Camo RLMs 70, 71 upper surfaces , 65 bottom surfaces , The grey patches are rlm 75 to cover old unit codes (on top of white stripe & under present unit codes). Ive used Opas template (many thanks) & Many thanks to Jagdmailer for info & help with this skin. :) .Theres two versions of this aircraft Wethered & unweathered so in each version theres marked , unmarked , marked without swastika , six skins in total in the download. The mapping on this void is not too good to work with theres some areas on the bottom that are double mapped but seeing ive done squiggles on the bottom it still looks good. (unknown unit) A temporary white winter camo was painted over the upper surfaces during the winter of 1941-1942.     Pe-2 of 2/PLeLv 48 Serial: A (PE-211) This photo-reconnaissance aircraft was issued to Capt. Jaakko Ranta when he led 2./PLeLv48 at Onttola in August of 1944. The squadron badge was a red devil riding on a bomb while the tactical marking was a large letter 'A' on the rudder. Theres two different versions of this aircraft , Weathered & Unweathered each version has Marked , Unmarked , Insignias only, six skins in total.
