Okay, I could be blind but I don't see a Disk option which is weird.

The update is on the the Flight1.com's website. It's installed when taking the shots above. I still might need to tweek it, I believe I can tone it down a bit.

Took off from Spokane and headed East for a short time before heading back to Fairchild AFB. I opened up MS Streets which is like Map Quest and I was pretty impressed.

I didn't take any stock pics so I would be curious if someone could post theirs with out the roads addon.

I noticed when I was flying out of Pease where I'm from the new roads don't use the bridges that MS put in, but in the wrong places

not sure how to remove trees. I had the same problem at one of my KC-135 bases. From an overhead sat shot the ramp is much different that what I was allowed to create is MS :(

I thing I like about the new ATC is I tried departing Plattsburgh VFR during a thunderstorm and ATC denied my VFR request. B)

AFCAD is much harder in 2002 than 2004, another reason why I uninstalled 2002.

AFCAD is FS9 is so much easier. Sorry, it's a huge pain to edit airports using the old afcad for 2002.

yeah, I've had some issues like that with atc.

This weekend I was testing some AI flights. I had to have a IFR out of Plattsburgh to Pease. ATC had the IFR flights landing RW16 while the VFR flights were landing RW34. WTF?

They seem to sometimes vector you and other times not. Did you have a GPS IFR or a VOR IFR flight plan?

I'm not positive but AFCAD should be able to create the airport. It's much easier using in 2004 which I have done but I've only edited existing airports in 2002 so I'm not sure.

You will need GMAX or FSDS to create AC, that is way above my skill level

there is a Fentress addon which simulates cables just south of Oceana I believe. I like taking off from the carrier and then practice catches.

I think you need the aircab to get it to work though, I could zip it up and you could test it out if your interested?

Ive finished the remaining R units of Robins, Andrews and Fairchild AFB. This pack includes flyable and AI cfg information along with AI flight plans, although I kept them light.

Simply add the info to the existing aircraft cfg.

For me growing up watching the FB-111's and the 509th is in here this purchase was a no brainer. Nice VC and plenty of paint schemes. Plus a paint kit will be released later.

plus I've also seen a thread on SIM-Outhouse where they will be releasing a B-52H that will drop Cruise missles and will work fully in FS9 <_<

I've done numerous Military packages but they're not for the low end PC's as I use flyable models for my AI models

PAI has some nice freeware airliners that I've added so I can hear United, Delta and American over the ATC instead of the made up airlines. Very easy on the frame rates.

What type of Ai are you looking for?

Think you could get Forbes Field in KS and Grand Forks ND?  But nice planes, I'll need to download them soon.

Grand Forks is in there but I didn't do Forbes, aren't they an E unit? This is strickly all R unit bases.

Well, cross country flights used to be more fun in MP.  But with MS2K4's ATC, it doesn't seem as lonely in the sky anymore in SP.  But as soon as they implement ATC into multiplayer, then MP will reign supreme :)

that's what VATSIM is all about. The problem is some of the sparse areas don't always have coverage.

Cross crounty flights are far more fun in MP. I did this on VATSIM once, I'll have to look you guys up on the weekends as well as your start times are to late for this East Coaster

thanks Jeff, I just had a retired Fairchild crew chief email me saying he has a ton of pics for me. He just need to scan them and touch them up in Photo shop. He said he has every unit, I guess each unit has different colors.

So once I get them them we'll have Fairchild skins.

It's already at AVSIM and uploading now at Flightsim. My Andrews ribbon didn't come out good enough for me so I'm waiting to find a better picture. Waiting for a few contacts for Robins and Fairchild AFB units and I can release them separately. If any of you military guys have any contacts I would really appreciate it if you could use them. I've emailed the webmasters with no luck
