I would not have been better that climbed all the loading screens and hangars in a pack? And then he would have given the description of what the package contained instead of putting everything separately?

Yes.

In the subsequent releases this all is taken into account.

Simply it was considered that there will separately be the best selection: in order not to take that which does not please…
