Wings over Europe Steam Patch

I just wondered that,

Wings over Europe on Steam had no patch.

on Steam forum, someone gave link that only 2008 patch is enough for patch for steam version.

Is there any other patch for playing Wings over Europe Steam version?

for me, I need the october 2008 patch, d3d9.dll and d3drm.dll. With these files the game runs perfectly
