SFP1 Landing Practice and Mission Q's

I should have maybe lumped this in with my last post - oh well.

 

I want to practice landings and takeoffs and such. Is there a mission or mission builder I could use to set this up? I thought I saw mention of a mission builder somewhere but upon searching I could not find one. So, is there a way to setup practice missions or download one of that kind?
