Guest capun Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 There seems to be a problem with the engines stopping if you fly at full power, until I find the problem do not run at full power after take off, the helo will fly at full speed with throttle at about 25% Quote
Guest capun Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Update posted, the problem was that the Tiger was running out of fuel. If you are interested, the Tiger has 1080 Kg of fuel, the TurboMecca MTR390 hace a TSFC of 274 g/kW-Hr and producing 873 kW of power. The expected endurance should be around 2+ hours. But for some reason the TSFCM1=0.274 is not working or the number is wrong. So I am using TSFCM1=0.0274 If you don't want to download the whole package you can change the TSFCM0 and TSFCM1 for engine1 and engine2 like this (be sure that you do not have duplicates. [Engine1] ReferenceName=Rolls-Royce/Turbomeca/MTU MTR390 1170 SHP/873 kW . . TSFCM0=0.0174 TSFCM1=0.0274 MinFuelFlow=0.01 [Engine2] ReferenceName=Rolls-Royce/Turbomeca/MTU MTR390 1170 SHP/873 kW . . TSFCM0=0.0174 TSFCM1=0.0274 MinFuelFlow=0.01 Quote
