Multiplayer mission loadouts and takoff query.

I'm sure this has been asked and even answered but I cannot find the said questions and answers so I am gonna ask, here is our squads delema:

 

We have started flying SFP1 and quit enjoy it, our problem is "How do we change default loadouts for our planes in multiplayer?" and "Do we have to have an airstart, or can we take off from the runway" Sorry again if this was asked or answered previously, Like I said I couldn't find it. Thanx in advance!
