F/A-18 HUD problem

Hi all,

 

the F/A-18 aircraft I download from both Column5 and CombatAce had a big white patch on the hud instead of there the ladder and gunsight is supposed to be. It slows down FPS whilst in the cockpit view, when I turn off cockpit [DEL key] I can see the gunsight pipper and there's no more white patch on the HUD. What gives? Is there a TGA file I'm missing? Can't be eh? downloaded it whole lock stock and barrel shouldn't have any trouble. Running WOV plus WOE.
