User Missions for F22 Lightning 3

Has anyone out there ever got the F-22 LIGHTNING 3 Mission Editor to work ?

 

I can run the sim on Win XP, but the mission editor crashes on step 3 of the instructions - the bit where you select "Player" in the drop-down box.

 

Since I've never seen any user missions available on the net for this Sim, I'm assuming that no-one ever got the Mission editor to work
