This was the Transport version of the Japanese Army Ki-21 bomber.

While it had excellent payload and range, it was terribly vaunerable to enemy fire.

This model is set-up as AI only.

Please make sure you have the Nations.ini file with the Japanese Empire entry or the plane will not show up in the game.
