Included new files MessagenEn.dat,MessagenFr.dat,pf_messageen.dat and pf_messagefr.dat modified by Vtrelut (Vincent)

(modified to correct function(briefings) with TruePacific,special campaigns and others campaigns in game)

1) repaied overwriting file classesDe4 versus old file classesDe4 from PatchB ( * Drang Nach Osten (Stuka)-Disaster)

2) error in Belgorod campaigns (supplementeds files Belgorod .dat, .mis and ops.dat)

3) repaied overwriting file Japan1.DB (PatchA) versus outmoded file Japan1.DB from PatchB

4) repaied files classesDe!, classesDeC,ClassesDeF,classesRu7
