Is ther a way to speed up the Menu Mouse?

I'd like to move faster through the menues. Is the a way to speed up the Mouse only within the menu screens?

Interesting point, but its unlikely....users define mouse speeds in Windows, programs then use the default system values (which they should). I wouldn'y say there was much call for a developer to provide specific controls for mouse movements in a game, unless the mouse was an integral part .........but even then??
