www.eflightmanuals.com license file gets http:500 error

hello all

i have a number of cdrom flight manuals from www.eflightmanuals.com and every time i try to activate my license file (locklizard variant)with their server i get http:500 errors. i've tried to activate this license on three different computers and 3 different windows operating systems the last being a win2000 box open to the bots (i.e. no firewall or virus protection) and still got http:500 errors. i was told by support the problem is on my side end of story.

i've gone sofar as to send their support people ethereal traps of the frame data showing the error comes back as an error on their apache server because it states so in the error message see the apache server log file.

i don't get any response back from them regarding this issue. they have no problem resetting the license server when i get locked out after three attempts.

i post this in the hope some of you all may have experienced similar if yet not the same type of frustration in this process.

i've googled eflightmanuals and this is not an isolated case, there are some bitter folks out their over this problem.

assistance, thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated
