F-86 drop tanks

Hi,im new to Strike Fighters,i had the f-86 version 1.0 at one time,and

had external fuel tanks.Now ive got version 2.0,and cant for the life of me

remember how to install external fuel tanks,....help please. :roll:

are you talking about in the loadout section for the missions if so just scroll down and select,or are you talking about installing tanks (fuel) into the game its self?

Ranger332,Im talking about installing tanks (external fuel)into game its self.i didn't see any readme file in the installiation pac..

usually tanks or weapons are made of 3 files

 

a LOD (3d model) a INI (references) and a BMP (textures)

 

copy all those in your objects folder

 

then you need to copy a new entry to you weaponsdata.ini file to declare those tanks

 

then you need to recompile a new weaponsdat.dat via the weapons editor

 

(open weaponsdata.ini, then save it, nothing more)

ya hooo...ooo got them f-86 tanks fixed,thanks for the help..guys,now

i can go on those long range fighter sweeps...
