Zlin 142

Hello! I am newbie here and I came here with a problem. I got a Zlin 142 for Flight Simulator 2004 and i have problems with gyrocompass. Who can help me, please? :cray:

Look at this....into the red zone it's a hand lever....

 

Someone knows what help it?
