Does anyone have a decent tutorial on editing the aircraft's FM? I'd like to give the Herk some help since it's a fairly simple aircraft and I've got several hours in it, to use as a comparison.

 

I'd like to kill some of it's tendency to lift off at 90kts and keep climbing, even in level flight. It needs some love.
