adding carrier missions in WOE?

so i checked the knowledge base and the adding carriers section was dated like 2006...which is cool...but I would like to add a carrier take off and land mission in WOE using the GermanyCE terrain and KMD...how does one do this? Noticed that the CV-63 is already in the objects.ini and some other folders...

 

also, when adding a ship, if you want to conduct an anti-shipping mission against anything but a cargo or tanker, what do you do? never saw the KMD offer up ships even when everything I selected said anti-shipping mission
