Saving WEAPONDATA.ini in Vista

Recommended Posts

I just bought a brand new laptop and WOE plays beautifully on it. However, whenever I go to add new weapons I do what I've always done in XP, copying the data to the .ini, but it won't let me save it. It tells me at first that the file name or path are incorrect which I'm sure they are.

Just open your system settings, go to the user accounts and then serach for a so called user account control. And deactivate it, thats all.

Should work, had the same problem with the ini-edits

Hope i helped you
