You can download it here: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...p;showfile=6876 Simply add this tga file (along with the "illuminated tracer file") to the EFFECTS folder. The result should give the smoke rings a smoother, rounder appearance vs. the blocky appearance without it. If you don't like it simply delete it.
