X45 installtilation

has anyone had probles installing the Saitek X45 joystick in Windows XP,and if so how did you remedy it ?

I haven't had problems installing it, just getting the configuration program to work. I downloaded the new beta drivers from Saitek's website, and the installed proplerly, and the stick works right in Control Panel, but I can't program it.

 

Its too bad, really. It works fine for Il-2, and other sims that allow you to configure the stick in game, but for everything else....

ok got it working but same thing hard to configure
