hertzie 0 Posted March 17, 2009 I've installed CFS3 and upgraded it. I've installed OFF-BHaH and upgraded it to version 1.28 (thanks guys for all you did! great!). Everything works fine. But: QUESTION : as soon as I do something extra in CFS3 (add new plane or so) I have the risk that CFS3 is not working anymore, for CFS3 is a VERY tricky sim. If so, does it mean then that OFF-BHaH is having trouble too or has OFF-BHaH, when it was installed, has taken all it's necessary files out of the proper installed CFS3 and will work without any trouble, whatever I try to do with CFS3? Wels 2 Posted March 17, 2009 Hello Hertzie, if you have OFF Phase3 (= BHAH) you only need the CFS3 disk for installing OFF - no need to install the CFS3 game. With phase3 you can keep an existing CFS3 installation, or deinstall it, it will not change your OFF install. Only difference is: If you have the CFS3 CDs you have to have the second one in the tray to play OFF, if you have the CFS3 DVD you will not even need this to play OFF. There is also a workaround for the CD , but ... i did not tell you this Greetings, Catfish
hertzie 0 Posted March 17, 2009 Thanks Catfish, your answer makes me very happy. And though I have the CFS3 cd's and am 61 I know there is something existing that is called "crack file" or "no-cd file", so don't worry Happy flying, hertzie.
